There's plenty to eat.

At Fraschette it's great! We are waiting for you at Castel Sant'Angelo, at Grottaperfetta and at Porta Portese, come and see us.

What are we doing?

Our dishes are simple and authentic, traditional Roman fare. The undisputed star of the show is carbonara, but amatriciana, cacio e pepe, and the like are also a must-try. Of course, as in any respectable fraschetta, there's always a good wine to help you degrease.
And then in Rome you can't go without the pleasures of porchetta, so much so that we've reserved a section of our menu for the lady of li Castelli, er Luna Pork. Oh, and a word of advice: save room for dessert if you can—they're really worth it!

Carbonara Fraschetta and Romaneria
Roman cuisine

Singing, eating, and drinking with our old friends, we became so many that we needed a third home.
And here it is, La Fraschetta di Porta Portese, a neighborhood that fortunately is already accustomed to the racket.
We're still the Romaneria Group, with our simple, high-quality cuisine and our yellow-and-red walls.
We're still the same, no one has to explain Rome to us, we find a place for everyone, we welcome you with our pure hearts since 2009.

We're not here

The friends of Le Fraschette are waiting for you, come and find them!

Who we are

Our story begins in 2009, on Via Angelo Brunetti, where we took over a small restaurant that had been closed for years. From there, in a somewhat makeshift situation but with a lot of passion, we began cooking. Over time, the Fraschetteria Brunetti became a go-to place for everyone, so much so that when there was no room, people were happy to eat off the hood of their car. Those were different times.

Then came the adventure at Castel Sant'Angelo, and from there we never stopped. Between abbacchio and gricia, we added Grottaperfetta and then Porta Portese, always with the same cheerful carefree attitude that characterizes us, that desire to eat well and enjoy life between one forkful and the next.
